Darts

Darts is a precision sport in which two individual players or pairs take turns throwing three darts each at a board of numbered segments. In the main professional format, a score of 501 is reduced to exactly zero as efficiently as possible.

How is Darts played?

A visit consists of up to three darts. Their value is subtracted from the remaining score. Whoever first finishes a leg on exactly zero wins it; depending on the tournament, a set number of legs or sets decides the match.

How long does a game of Darts last?

A short-format Pro Tour match usually takes about 15–30 minutes. A World Championship final played over sets can run for several hours.
