How is Golf played?

Each hole has a par value (2–5 strokes). The goal is to play the ball from the tee into the hole. Fewer strokes than par = birdie/eagle; more = bogey/double bogey. Tournaments usually run over 72 holes (4 rounds × 18).

What are the rules of Golf?

• The ball must be played as it lies (untouched)
• Penalty strokes apply if the ball lands in a water hazard or out of bounds
• Slow play can lead to penalty strokes
• Club set: a maximum of 14 clubs is allowed
