How is League of Legends played?

Played on the map "Summoner's Rift" across three lanes (top, mid, bot) and a jungle. Each player picks a champion with unique abilities. Kills, objectives (dragon, baron), and towers build an advantage until the opponent's nexus falls.

What are the rules of League of Legends?

• Destroying the nexus = victory; protecting your own nexus is mandatory
• Champions are alternately picked and banned in a pre-game draft (5 bans per team)
• Kills grant gold for items that strengthen champions
• Objectives: Rift Herald, Dragon, and Baron Nashor grant team-wide buffs
